Jan 12, 2021 – GM launches BrightDrop, a new business that will electrify and improve the delivery of goods and services.

Sep 28, 2021 – BrightDrop announced the completion of the first production builds of the Zevo 600. The company also unveiled a new addition to its vehicle lineup, the Zevo 400, a mid-size eLCV designed for smaller, more frequent trips.

Dec 17, 2021 – BrightDrop delivered the first five of 500 electric light commercial vehicles to FedEx, the first customer to receive the Zevo 600s.

Jun 21, 2022 – Completed delivery of launch customer's initial order.

Dec 5, 2022 – BrightDrop entered its first international market, Canada, adding DHL Express Canada to its customer portfolio. The company also announced production of the BrightDrop Zevo 600 electric delivery vans had begun at GM’s CAMI Assembly plant in Ontario.

March 2023 – Shipped first CAMI-built Zevo 600s to customers in the U.S. and Canada.
